CAN I ACCOMPANY MY CHILD IN THE EXAM ROOM?

No, as with the real exam parents do not accompany their children to the exam room.  Children are handed over at the point of registration.  

DO YOU HAVE A PARENT’S WAITING AREA?

We do not have the facility for parents to wait as with venues for the real exam. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF WE ARE LATE? 

The mock exam will commence promptly at the advertise time.  If you are running late, your child will not be allowed to take the exam.

WHAT TIME SHOULD WE ARRIVE? 

We request that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the mock exam.  This is to allow time for registration and for children to be settled in the exam room before the exam commences..

IS THERE A BREAK BETWEEN TEST PAPERS? 

Yes, usually this will be 10-15 minutes similar to the real exam.  Children can stretch their legs and attend the toilet. They will be permitted to drink water and eat snacks.

CAN I SEE MY CHILD DURING THE BREAK?

No, parents are not allowed to see their child during the break.

WHAT TIME SHOULD WE COLLECT OUR CHILDREN?

Parents should collect their child promptly and should be no later than 10 minutes after the scheduled finish time of the exam. 

DO YOU HAVE HEALTH AND SAFETY PROCEDURES?

The mock exams will take place at accredited venues, in safe and controlled environment that complies with all health and safety and fire regulations.  All staff have DBS clearance and children will remain at all times under the supervision of staff.

EMERGENCIES?

Our booking form requires you to provide a contact number for each child/student. This is the number we will use to contact you in the event of an emergency relation to the child during the mock exam sessions. It is your responsibility to ensure that the number you have provided is correct.

LIMITED LIABILITY?

We use our best efforts to ensure that the mock exam proceeds on the scheduled day. However, we reserve the right to cancel a mock exam session, due to circumstances beyond our control. A full refund will be made in the event of any cancellation made by us.

WHAT ARE THE CANCELLATION TERMS?

The test fee is non-refundable, non-transferable and dates cannot be changed once booked.

WILL I GET A REFUND IF MY CHILD CANNOT ATTEND ON THE DAY?

We regret that we are not able to offer refunds due to absence or illness.
