ABOUT EPS MOCK TESTING

EPS Educational Services has been preparing children for grammar school entrance examinations since 1990.

For over 10 years, we have been delivering large-scale GL-style 11+ mock examinations across the West Midlands, helping families bridge the gap between preparation and real exam performance.

Each mock exam is delivered in an exam hall setting similar to the real 11+, supervised under strict timing conditions to ensure pupils experience the structure, discipline and pressure of the actual assessment.

Our papers are fully original EPS material, carefully written in the GL-style format. While not affiliated with GL Assessment, our materials are designed to reflect the structure, difficulty level and question styles children can expect in the real examination.

Why Mock Exams Matter

Each mock session hosts approximatley 60 pupils, creating a realistic cohort environment.

Across nine mock sittings, this means over 500 exam papers are sat within each full mock cycle.

This volume allows meaningful comparison and accurate ranking, giving parents genuine insight into where their child stands within a competitive peer group.

With more than a decade of dedicated mock exam delivery experience, our systems, processes and invigilation standards are structured, consistent and professional.

Our Scale and Experience

Parents receive a detailed PDF report by email within 10 days of the exam.

This enables clear identification of strengths, weaknesses and readiness level well before the real examination.
